All haircare services are to be provided by Coiffures of Al03

(Chatesia Thomas- stylist)

 

Routine shampoo, conditioning treatment and basic styling. (Included in hourly rate if requested)

 

Additional styles offered:

 

Roller/Rod set $30

Basic braid style:

Plaits (hair added) $40 (hair provided)

Plaits (natural hair) $25

Cornrows (hair added) $35 (hair provided)

 Cornrows (natural hair) $20

Two strand twists (natural hair) $45

    

Light cleaning (Included in hourly rate):

Includes light dusting, basic bedroom/bathroom/kitchen upkeep, sweeping/mopping etc. (all materials are to be provided by the client)

 

Laundry

(included in the fee)

(All materials needed for laundry (including washing/drying fee for laundry mat runs are to be provided by the client.

           

  Trash Removal (Included In hourly rate)

All trash is to be removed by the companion at the end of each shift (nothing outside of what can fit in the average household trash can (within reason) will be removed)

 

 

Meal prep (Included in hourly rate)

Breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner are to be prepared for the client if needed. Snacks are included as well. This service is customized for each client based on the timeframe of services rendered as well as requests. All ingredients are to be provided by the client

Bathing Assistance (Included in hourly rate)

Bathing routines are determined based on the clients’ needs and requests.

 

 

Medication Reminders

(Included in hourly rate for in-house clients)

While some clients are more than capable of taking their meds on their own, gentle reminders and or assistance may still be needed periodically. I am here to help. (Companions are not permitted to prep medications i.e. fill pill boxes or administer medications.)

Food Prep

Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner (ingredients included in pricing).  Orders for the week will be taken every Sunday morning. Menus go out on Thursday. Subscriptions are offered as well for regular customers.  Menus subject to change depending on what is available (notice will be given).

 

Breakfast per day (includes 1 entrée, 2 sides, fruit, choice of juice, choice of water, 1 food addition and 1 beverage addition. All additions outside of what is included will be charged al a carte. (4 entrée options, 2 fruit options, 3 side options, 3 addition options, 8oz of juice, and water (sparkling, flat, coconut).  Coffee and Tea are offered as well as a beverage addition. 

 

Lunch per day (includes 1 entrée, 2 sides, smoothie/coffee/fresh juice of the day, 1 other beverage, 1 desert) (2 entrée options, 4 side options, 2 fruit options, 6 beverage options, 2 desert options). 

 

Dinner per day (includes 1 entrée 2vegetables, one starch, bread of choice, desert, 1 drink of choice, 1 water of choice, 1 addition of food). (3 entrée choices, 3 vegetable choices, 2 bread options, 2 desert options, 2 water options (sparkling/flat), 4 drink options, 2 additions options). 

 

Breakfast for the week (7 days delivered fresh every morning according to your set scheduled time.)

 

Lunch for the week (7 days delivered fresh every day at a set scheduled time). 

 

Dinner for the week (7 days delivered fresh everyday at a set scheduled time).

Errands

Time slots will be available by the hour for grocery shopping, and all other errands. This is a prepay/shop and drop service. Services that require less than one hour will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All errand services will be provided by Al03 Go.
